Note: CME seen to the SW in SOHO LASCO C2/C3, and in STEREO COR2A starting at 2025-01-27T02:23Z returning from a data gap. The source for this CME is likely narrow filament ejecta from AR 3961 around 2025-01-27T23:28 in SDO AIA 304, located on the west limb around S10W90 at this time. Weak field line movement on/near the NW limb near cluster of ARs 3971/3965/3962, best observed in GOES SUVI 171 around 2025-01-27T23:25Z, creates a diffuse overlapping coronagraph signature to the NW of this more clear signature traveling SW.

Triangulates between SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and STEREO COR2A imagery, though notably faint and tought to discern in STEREO COR2A beacon running difference imagery. 1: Result 1 (2.0 AU)
